Our current use of cookies
We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies on the Mary Care public website. We use one strictly necessary browser-storage record to remember the choice you make in our cookie controls.
Strictly necessary storage
Analytics and marketing
Analytics cookies: none. Marketing cookies: none. If we introduce an optional technology later, it will remain off until you actively consent, and we will update this declaration.
Google Fonts
Our pages request the Inter and Montserrat typefaces from the Google Fonts Web API. Google states that this service does not set or log cookies. Your browser sends Google the information needed to deliver the files, including your IP address, the requested URL, browser information and the referring page. Google states that it does not use Google Fonts information to profile visitors or for targeted advertising.
Contact form
If you submit our contact form, the details you enter are sent to Mary Care so we can respond. The form does not set a cookie or browser-storage record.
Mary Portal and signup
Login takes you to the separate Mary Portal. The Portal uses strictly necessary authentication and functional storage, including Clerk session cookies, to sign you in and provide the service. Those items are scoped to the Portal and are not controlled by this public-website preference.
The optional marketing question shown during signup is permission to receive occasional Mary Care news by email. It is separate from cookie consent, starts unticked and is not required to use Mary Care.
Change your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page to review, change or withdraw your choice. Rejecting does not prevent you from using the public website. The necessary preference record remains so we can remember and respect your decision.
